4. Payment

DJ Perfumes currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to AED 600 within the United Arab Emirates. We implement appropriate security measures to protect our website and its users. DJ Perfumes is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to user information, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

DJ Perfumes reserves the right to refuse delivery or decline to fulfil orders where a customer has outstanding payments or an unresolved legal dispute with the company. The company also reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

5. Product sourcing and trademarks

DJ Perfumes independently resells genuine third-party fragrances sourced through established distribution and wholesale channels. We retain commercial purchasing records for our inventory. DJ Perfumes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the respective brand owners unless expressly stated. Third-party trademarks are used solely to identify the products offered for sale.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of DJ Perfumes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
